YOUR UNIQUE EXPERIENCE
We ask that you arrive 30-minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment time. Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may determine the length of your treatment, as your service will end as scheduled so that the next guest may begin on time. All prices are subject to change without notice. Guests are required to be 18 years of age for admittance.

THE SOUND OF SILENCE
To preserve an ambiance of peace and tranquility, SpaWell Napa, is a cell phone free environment. Kindly turn off all cell phones prior to entering the spa. We ask that you speak quietly throughout the spa, particularly in waiting areas and in treatment corridors.

NON-HOTEL GUESTS
Non-hotel guests must purchase a minimum spa service of 50-minutes in duration or purchase a day pass for access.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
We provide lockers for your belongings. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please do not wear your jewelry to the spa. We cannot accommodate luggage.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and changes must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid being charged in full. For package cancellations we require 24-hour notice. Missed appointments will be charged the full amount of all reserved treatments.

SERVICE CHARGE
A 20% service charge will be added to the price of your service(s) for your convenience. Additional gratuities are a matter of personal discretion and should reflect your satisfaction with our services.
